Most of the greenhouses are not well equipped with integrated technology or the standards are low, and the maintenance rules are not timely. Basically, after 4 to 5 years of use, the facilities will be seriously damaged, unable to operate normally, and repaired repeatedly. The production, demonstration and display of exhibition bases and facility horticulture enterprises have brought a lot of trouble.
1. The construction requirements of the main structure follow NY/T 2970-2016 "Construction Standards for Multi-span Greenhouses". The foundations of the greenhouse are all independent foundations, with a curved roof, beautiful and generous, and visually smooth. The main body adopts a light steel structure, the surrounding facade and the top are covered with transparent plastic film, the top skylight or the upper skylight of the gutter, the top and side walls are equipped with roll-up film devices, and the outside roll-up film opens the window.
2. The wind load index is 0.45 kN/m2, the fresh snow load index is 0.30 kN/m2, the crop load index is 0.15 kN/m2, and the maximum rainfall is 140 mm/h. All steel structures are hot-dip galvanized in accordance with the national standard GB/T 13912-2003, and the thickness of hot-dip galvanized reaches 0.08~0.11 mm.
On the basis of meeting the above basic conditions, in order to ensure that the multi-span plastic greenhouse will not be overhauled for more than 10 years, and to increase the beauty, light transmission and heat preservation of the greenhouse, the following points need to be done.
1. Ensure a good supporting environment: create a high-quality overall structure of the gutter, and set up an import and export buffer room
2. External sunshade system: sunshade net and accessories requirements, screen motor design, transmission device design
3. Covering material and internal insulation system: selection of covering material, internal insulation system
4. Ventilated film roll system: motorized film roll device, equipped with forced ventilation exhaust fan
5. Control system
6. Auxiliary supporting facilities: intelligent ozone generator, LED plant fill light, greenhouse dehumidifier
7. Maintenance management: daily maintenance inspection, timely replacement of wearing parts
